Tapping Into Wholeness

How Christian EFT can unlock barriers and bring you into a body, soul, and spirit wholeness

Understanding Emotional Freedom Technique (aka EFT or "tapping")

You might be asking, what exactly is “EFT”?

When I first personally encountered EFT, I thought it was weird and strange. I didn’t want to get into anything that wasn’t of the Lord or Biblical so I just let it sit for awhile.

I’m a researcher of all things physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and this kept coming up. I read over 20+ books on the matter, discussed with Jesus, talked with practitioners, received many sessions myself, and really dug deep in order to learn more. And in the process of getting certified in Clinical EFT, I saw how incredible our breakthroughs can be!

The Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, is the psychological acupressure technique that I now routinely use in my coaching practice and most highly recommend to optimize your emotional, mental, and physical health. Although it is still often overlooked, emotional health is absolutely essential to your physical health and healing — no matter how devoted you are to the proper diet and lifestyle, you will not achieve your body’s ideal healing and preventative powers if emotional barriers stand in your way.

What I’ve discovered is that God loves healing! And partnered with prayer, this method is nothing short of amazing.

I’ve been doing inner healing, deliverance, Sozo, Immanuel prayer, holistic health coaching, and mindset coaching for many years and adding the full range of Emotional Freedom Techniques (aka “tapping”) has allowed me to help bring a powerful body, soul, and spirit breakthrough.

The breakthroughs I’ve both experienced personally and seen have been such a beautiful gift.

It also happens to be one of the top most effective, clinically studied techniques to help

And my passion is to bring freedom so that YOU can walk in all that God has called you to!

In essence, what EFT is is the release of physical and emotional pain through acknowledging its presence while verbally stating that you unconditionally accept and love yourself even in the midst of this pain and pressure.

So the therapy is taking place in the presence of healing LOVE rather than destructive self-judgment.

As you repeat these statements, you are gently tapping on several acupuncture points around your head and chest, with the goal of interrupting the negatively programmed energy flow, thus dismantling the learned fight/flight emotional response, which in turn allows positive emotions to come forth.

Jesus demonstrated that energy is conducted through touch, by laying on hands as He healed. Jesus, and those He touched, could sense the flow of God’s healing energy through touch (Mk. 5:28-34).

We know that thoughts and feelings of worry, pain, anxiety, fear, shame, frustration, anger, envy, bad memories and stressful events are damaging to your mind, body and soul.

The good news is that you can quickly learn this technique to clear out the negative emotions and make room for positive, joy-filled living.

Christian EFT is easy to learn and easy to practice. I invite you to experience the changes that using Christian EFT will bring. It will allow you to experience God’s healing and grace in a completely new way and will open your spirit to receive His solutions to life’s problems.

You will learn how to allow Him to release you from the addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors that hold you back from the authentic joy and peace that can be yours.

Human beings are most accurately regarded as persons, rather than mechanisms. A person is a single, integrated whole, alive and aware and capable of both influencing and being influenced by the world around them. Rather than being fixed, a person heals. Healing is an active process which requires that the body regulate and coordinate its functions. Being fixed, or, to use the preferred phrase in medicine, being cured, is a passive process requiring only that the sick individual submit to the ministrations of the proper expert. Christianity addresses persons, not mechanisms. Our Lord did not die on the cross to save wind-up toys.

This study shows the brain scans of individuals experiencing a severe anxiety disorder who did 12 tapping sessions. Amazing!

EFT is Both Biblically and Science & Research Backed

A big question we all ask as we venture into something new is:

Is it compatible with Scripture? Is it safe and effective?
And has it been researched?

To each of these, the answer is a great big YES.

There are a lot of scientific and clinical studies that have now been done with Emotional Freedom Techniques.

I’ve placed much more information on this page below if you’d like to dig a little deeper.

* The human person, created in the image of God, is a being at once corporeal and spiritual. The biblical account expresses this reality in symbolic language when it affirms that “then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” Man, whole and entire, is therefore willed by God. In Sacred Scripture the term “soul” often refers to human life or the entire human person. But “soul” also refers to the innermost aspect of man, that which is of greatest value in him, that by which he is most especially in God’s image: “Soul” signifies the spiritual principle in man.

The human body shares in the dignity of “the image of God”: it is a human body precisely because it is animated by a spiritual soul, and it is the whole human person that is intended to become, in the body of Christ, a temple of the Spirit. Man, though made of body and soul, is a unity. Through his very bodily condition he sums up in himself the elements of the material world. Through him they are thus brought to their highest perfection and can raise their voice in praise freely given to the Creator. For this reason man may not despise his bodily life. Rather he is obliged to regard his body as good and to hold it in honor since God has created it and will raise it up on the last day.

The unity of soul and body is so profound that one has to consider the soul to be the “form” of the body: i.e., it is because of its spiritual soul that the body made of matter becomes a living, human body; spirit and matter, in man, are not two natures united, but rather their union forms a single nature.
